A P3 650E not stable at 650 ???

P3V4X (bios 103)
P3 coppermine 650 100MHZ
128 PC 133MHZ
Creative Geforce 2 GTS
Segate Baracuda 30.6 GB

This is my problem:

I have to change the setting for the memory in the bios to 4/3 or else my computer will only start 3 out of 10 times ?? And if it starts a message in the bios comes up and sais that the cpu is working under an improper speed.
Can't the asus board run memory at 133MHZ while the processor runs at 100MHZ

could be bad memory. What type of heatsink/fan? Try remounting the hs/fan for a better fit.
