Here's my next step. From a Willy 1.7GHZ/PC600 rig to a Northy 1.6GHZ/2.133GHZ@133 FSB with PC800 RAM running at 133X3. Running with the intel stock HS/F what's the chance this setup will work without a voltage bump?

You probably should be able to just make it without a small voltage bump if you are lucky.
