So, Portal. I love the idea, I love the sterile atmosphere... but can someone please tell me that I'm not almost done with the game? I've played for less than 45 minutes, and I'm on Test Chamber 15... (out of what appears to be 19).

I heard it was short, but is it really THAT short? 😕

Alright, my last autosave was at 2h 15m then I won. That's a seriously short game but so awesome. Someone better have the MP3 of the song that was in the credits and they better send it to me with quickness!
 
The first 65% game takes up about 20% of the total playtime.

15 is when you get access to both portals I think? If that's the case, you have a good couple hours left. Plus, there's definite replay value with the advanced levels you get when you beat it.

I got access to the two portals I think 2 chambers ago. Glad to hear that there's much more left because I really enjoy it 🙂 Didn't know there was some replay value, I just figured I'd go through it once and that'd be that.
 
I remember plowing all the way until 18 or so. And then I hit a brick wall. Then I improved and slowly started moving through the next few levels but was having a lot of fun. I didn't hit another brick wall until the advanced challenges and they were a lot of fun in their own respect.
 
It's a short game but you've got a bit of play time left. The last few chambers take a bit longer to get through
 
It's difficult to talk about this game because there is a huge spoiler about an hour or approximately 1/3 of the way through the game.

Alright, so I just got to Test Chamber 16 and was very happy with how 15 worked... it actually made me think a little bit. This chamber has "live fire" sentries in it, and I found this room where someone scrawled on the wall "the cake is a lie". Awesome, I have no idea what that meant, and I wasnt able to really do anything in that room other than drop some of the boxes there through the ground and stack them. I just left it.
 
Just finished it and it was a great game. I just wish I could have fought some combine too.
Did you catch the powerpoint presentation running in one of the conference rooms after the test chambers? Possible Halflife connection.

I just finished it this evening and I'm sad it was so short although I dont know just how much longer I'd like it to be... probably not MUCH longer. Such an awesome game.

OH, and someone PLEASE tell me... does ANYONE have the GlaDOS End Theme song in MP3 for me? That was probably the best endgame song of all time. 😀
