A new motherboard for a home theatre system

I'm currently building a system for my housemates and I to share as part of an entertainment center. I'm planning on using an Athlon XP 1600+ (cheap and effective), the GeForce 3 Ti 200 I picked up at Best Buy :), a 5.1 compliant sound card, a dvd drive, a cd-rw drive, and a tv tuner card. I'd be willing to pawn the GeForce 3 off to a friend if a motherboard had quality video and tv out.

I'm looking for a stable motherboard that will last, and since this configuration won't need to change once it's built I'm not worried much about upgradability, and I'm not worried about overclocking. I just want it there to play DVD's, a few games, watch tv, etc, all of which it can do from the get-go.

Price is a concern, and I'd like to save some money if possible without compromising too much. I'm probably going to go with the Evercase E4252W005 mentioned in this thread that comes with a 300W AMD approved PSU.

Are there any suggestions for a motherboard to suit my purpose?

Thanks!

Edit: Oh yeah, this will be a LAN box for remote access/control, filesharing of movies/mp3s, and will also serve audio over the LAN so that other areas of the house can pick up noise from the living room. Just a little tid-bit.
