I don't know if this has been posted yet or not. This is a new viewer funded tv news channel that is trying to bring news to viewers without the pressures of having to meet tv ratings. Heres a promotional video of them The Real News
 
Interesting concept.

Sadly, meaningless without getting the viewer base of Fox or CNN.

they will just be painted as an ultra liberal news outlet that shouldn't be taken seriously. It's really sad how the neocons have painted outlets like npr as ultra liberal.
 
Yep, until "intelligence" is seen as a positive influence these shows and the like will be not taken seriously.

Edit, if there not talking about bible or have some sort of daily lecture in the script this stuff will be yesterdays news.
 
the concept seems flawed to me, because people still have to pay for it, so obviously those who like or at least "believe" what they see will be the ones funding it..
