A mouse popped out of my cat's mouth

She has killed 3 mice (good size mice too) and 2 birds this week. Seriously, it looked like a bird exploded in my back yard Monday morning. There were feathers everywhere.

She's quite the huntress. Honestly, I'm not too crazy about her killing birds but she can kill all the mice she wants.

Should I be worried about bird flu? She ate quite a bit of the bird she caught on Monday. It's not as though we don't feed her. She's on a "Killing Spree!"

Is this a shitty parody of the "mouse popped out of my heater" thread? Or are you just mocking HBD?

A little of both...mostly the latter though. ;)

But it happens to be true and I am a little concerned that she might get the bird flu and transmit it to one of us too. Someone I work with was talking about that the other day...don't know if there's much truth to that or if it's something I need to be concerned about.

Honestly, I don't know where the mouse went. She was playing with it and tossing it around a while ago but it seems to have disappeared. It was deceased so I know it didn't run away. Maybe the dog ate it?

Also, have the cat sit near the AC unit... it will get a ton of mice that way.
