i asked a Q like that about a week ago

when i figure it out ill let u know, but atm, there isnt one that doesnt cost almost double an 815/BX board, and for what? no actual improvements in speed of operation .. im gonna have to stick to a boring 815 chipset and SDRAM atm if i want the fastest P3 with RAID

Asus A7V133. It is an awesome board. Just put one in my system with a T-Bird 1.33 (266) and it works great.

hmmm, maybe the Asus A7V133. Its a toss up, i can't decide. These boards are lights years ahead of the FIC AD11, right? I use the FIC SD11 now, (old school athlon 700)And FIC usually keeps me happy.

Sheesh, if you're happy with FIC, you'll love Asus or Iwill!! ;)

My advice is to get either the Asus A7V133 or the Iwill KK266R, whichever is cheaper.

Ok, I've decided I think on the Iwill KK266R. now I want to get two hard drives for a Raid 0
setup. What kind shoul I get, I heard maxtor is is good?

So perhaps a 7200 ata/100 20 gig drive (2 of them) OR do you need any special drives.

Thanks
