A motherboard with AGP to fit the HP a300y pavilion

Hi again, I opened up my PC today to my surprise to find that HP lied about the a300y PC and that there is no AGP slot in here. I think I'd like to upgrade my motherboard for a fairly low price. Does anyone have any reccomendations for me? I'd like to try to keep it cheap. thanks.

Isn't the 300y a Celeron based unit?? From what I've seen all retail market computers with celly's will not have an AGP slot. As for a mobo, any atx/mini atx will fit fine. Get an abit or MSI if you're looking to go AMD.

thanks, the last computer I bought had AGP in it(when PIIIs still had 450 Mhz versions) and due to the rise of AGP video cards I thought PCI only motherboards were dead. I'll be sure to look into those. edit: oh and you are right, my PC is Celeron based.
