I have a thing for cases that inspire a business-like "serious" feeling with their aesthetics. A case that communicates "I'm made for work, computing, productivity". This probably translates to aesthetics that are reminiscent of the 90s.

This is a box I want to keep over my upgrades so it has to be of adequate quality.

Here are a few examples from Fujitsu, IBM, Lenovo, and Dell:

Some of these cases are for smaller factor PCs but size doesn't matter (in this example), it's the looks I'm after.

Fujitsu, Lenovo, and Dell do not sell their cases (I asked them) and I want to avoid buying a used case.

I have seen cases from Lian Li that are simple in design but don't have that business feeling to them. Only Chieftek has some cases tha approach that look. Like the Chieftec Smart CM-09B, or the Chieftec Libra LT-01B.

So my question is, are there any business-looking cases out there?

Fractal Design Define R5.

I was going to suggest the Define series, too, particularly the Define Mini, but I'm thinking the OP wants exposed drive slots and a grille.

Personally, I think the Define is the perfect case for almost any application... but that's me.

if i went to an office and saw a windy case sitting there, id probably say, this guy is most definitely a PC hobbist.

As for very professional look and feel, MACPRO cases are probably in a league of there own.

too bad they require major amounts of modifications to make them accept PC hardware.

From all the cases I've seen, the In Win cases look the closest to what I'm looking for! Appreciated!

Fractal Design, Phanteks, Nanoxia or similar in light or white color, especially if setting on a desk.
Size would decide on what components you plan to use in it and where it will set.

i saw plenty of fake mac cases back when that mac design was popular. not sure if they are still around.
