Apologize, piss myself, apologize again, hand over my wallet and girlfriend, then collapse on the floor in a puddle of tears and piss.

Run then hide. Probably up in the ceiling of the mall somewhere but near the exit so that when they listen for my foot steps running they'll just assume I went through the doors.

The natural instinct is to go hide as far as possible, and that's where they'll look. So stay near to trick them.

Why would I run? I own a firearm... I'd shoot the first one that got close to me. Sure, I might not be able to shoot all of them, but I am taking a few out (8, if I happen to have my 1911). You want to risk being one of the 8? Didn't think so.

I would just push other people toward you so they got shot until you ran out of bullets.

My plan: run, but run in a large circle. The crowd will not realize what your are doing and will chase in the direction you started. You will gradually catch up to the back of the mob and can begin picking them off, one by one.

You are at a mall and you accidentally manage to piss off a crowd of 1000 people. You get a five minute headstart before the mob and so will you use the time to run or hide from them?

I'm going to run to my exotic muscle car and drive the hell out of there, but I'm not leaving the scene before blowing up the single bridge that connects the shopping mall to the mainland.

I'm not sure why someone thought that it was a good idea to build this particular mall on an island surrounded by shark infested waters, but that bridge is going down in an epic Michael Bay style movie explosion!
