A minor rant about CBS football coverage...

So yesterday I was watching the Colts annihilate the Texans - as I've posted before, I'm a Colts fan. Fairly early in the 3rd quarter, CBS decided that the game was becoming a little lopsided, and decided to cut away and show (as they put it) "a more competitive game". They switched to Buffalo.

What a total crock of BS. I don't want to watch Buffalo or any other team besides the Colts and whoever they are playing. I don't care if the game is getting out of hand - a good blowout can be real satisfying to watch. Big Brother CBS decided that the game I was watching wasn't entertaining me enough, so I got to watch only the first half.

Man, I'm disgusted.

At least you knew who was going to win.

They did that to me in Canada in overtime of a playoff hockey game to show the news 🙁

That game wasn't competitive. The Bills were kicking Miami's ass
 
Networks suck when they do crap like that. I've had local affiliates show news programs, local sports, etc instead of the network shows. I think my wide and I were watching the 1st season of Survivor or some show like that when they decided to put somethng else on the TV instead. They moved the normal network show to something like 1:30am. I wrote the network, but it didn't make any difference.
 
Yea I agree.

A) They obviously switched to a crappy game. ALWAYS play a top team if its on - hey people like to watch the winners
B) If you start playing a game...you gotta leave it on! That's just frustrating to turn off a game like that.

ps, we don't all have sh!tass directv, and thus we can't all get Sunday Ticket, so go away.
