Figuring out the percentage is very easy. You can do the early subtraction method like Yourself has pointed out but there is an even easier way. Just divide the new number by the old number and you get what percentage of the original you have.
2127 / 1667 = 1.276 ... therefore you are running at 1.276 times the original speed, or 127.6%, or 27.6% faster . See, math is fun!

Most people here are running their XP2500+ chips (1.83 Ghz) at XP3200+ speeds (2.2 GHz). That's only a 20% increase!
Granted the 1700+ chips give a much better percentage overclock, ie 1700+ (1.43 GHz) @ 2.25 Ghz is a 57.3% increase.
