The doctor hastily tries to put the records back together and tells then man, "I'm very sorry, your wife either has Alzheimer's or AIDs."
Shocked, the man demands to know for sure what condition she has, the doctor thinks for a moment, then replies.
"Take your wife to the edge of town and drop her off - if she finds her way back, don't fuck her."
