But I've seen similar infestations from gypsy moths - although not the bit with them cocooning up the bicycle and stuff. Gypsy moth used to be some bad stuff - I remember whole forests in eastern and central PA stripped completely bare of leaves. They would even hit the pines. From talking to my dad, they don't seem to be as bad the past 10 to 15 years - wonder what happened?
