On my way home today I took a different route,. While sitting at a light I noticed this sign. Looked like a nice place and seemed to have vacancies when everyone else was full.

Thinks its on the same road just further down past the poodle dog. Its across the street from that old burger drive in place.

Ive seen the place like 100 times and made a few jokes. I never noticed
" Norman" before though.

Yeah, Everett, Seattle, and anywhere on 99 have some pretty sketchy motels. There are some places near Boeing field that probably only rent by the hour.

didn't the whole stretch of 99 through federal way used to be cheap hooker heaven?

The Northwest kicks so much ass. When I was in high school we would go up to a place called Umatilla for track meets. They had place up there called the Tillicum Inn...till-i-cum motel. No joke.

Below is the site

but that is pronounced till-a-cum , with a short 'a' sound, it is an american indian name

I am fully aware of this. But it was still fun to pronounce it phonetically for the humor.
