A lot of Wow Issues.

I'm having alot of issues in game w/ WoW.
I get frequent disconnects. All inbound info such as chat ect is sent in. But nothing I say in say or general chat goes into the server nor can I whisper people or interact with npcs. After a few minutes I find myself getting disced.
Also, I get the "Unknown Entity" problem either as my portrait or as someone else's name and it causes server issues with talking, lag, and disconnect.
Sometimes I get connection problems right after I cash in a quest and I end up being dropped several minutes later. Does anyone know about these probs and How I can solve theM? 🙁 thanks.

I get frequent disconnects as well, especially lately. I can't seem to stay in for crap. I don't think Blizzard has their sh!t together as of yet.

Sounds like typical lag issues, I would check the technical forum at the World of Warcraft website for any fixes or updates. I know Blizzard has made lag a priority one issue and hopes to have it fixed soon.

move to a lesser populated server...
we have 0 problems at all on gorefiend... 0 lag. no disconnects...
people need to get off those massivly overpopulated servers...

for God's sake, I'm on dial-up and the only time I disconnect is when my school's 4hr online period expires. It has got to be either your connection settings OR your server. Sucks to change servers since you have to make a new character (I think...).

Overall its pretty solid ... I play on a medium population server and have only experience 2-3 disconnects total. The little amount of time i've spent on a large population server was also smooth, but those were in the newbie areas where there were very few people.

I only started getting disconnected here at school, (internet service is sometimes flaky). At home on DSL I never had any problems like the ones you are describing.
