My mouse keep random dcing. I did the power management thing and google every thing out there and did everything. I think there must be some device conflict or some sort. I got a lot of base system device. How to fix it?

Update your USB drivers, that mouse is it wireless if so is the battery good?

Exact same thing happened to me yesterday.
Still don't know what caused it, as they were not there before.
Turns out they are registers in the CPU and northbridge.

Install or RE-Install your Intel chipset software and they will show up as what they really are.

if its an Intel system, download and run the chipset installer from intel downloadcenter
