That conspiracy stuff, at least the part that deal with magnets, reminds me of an old Science fiction book I read (Asimov-style). I will try to find the Title and Author later.
 
You know you're right, the two logos are pretty close...how the hell did you know about the Montauk Project though? Did you see it on another site?

I think the logo was lifted straight from the show. I don't see another site related to the Montauk Project anywhere with that logo.
 
Bielek , a rather unique character, was borne in Aug 1916 as Edward A. Cameron, and after retiring from the project, was de-briefed and brainwashed. He had his memory erased of all the Montauk events, and then had his consciousness removed and put into another body and incarnated and born as Duncan Cameron in 1917. With much deprogramming and regression analysis, Bielek was able to pull back and verify most of his memory.

I think I've seen that symbol before though and it wasnt related to this... also, the plane wouldnt have been flying anywhere near Montauk

They don't have to get everything right to include it in the story. Plus, with all that "pseudo-science" maybe it transported them there like the Bermuda Triangle.

I wish I could remember where I saw it... ugh! Yeah, it's similar to the Korean flag, but that's not where I saw it...
 
I'm not sure if I really saw it.. but I'm pretty sure (like 80 - 85%) that when it showed the shark swim by under water, that it had that symbol/logo tattoo'd on it.. I could just be halucinating though..

You must have missed the other lost threads. The logo was on the shark and on the old polar bear as well.
 
Okay, I noticed something else wierd last night too; and it was most likely because my eyes were playing tricks on me, OR there was just odd pixelation from my digital cable (happens plenty).

But, when Sawyer was swimming, there was a shot from underneath a shark as it swam towards him. I could have *sworn* I saw that logo thing on the bottom of the shark.

I'm pretty sure I was just seeing things, but it was kind of a "woa" moment... did anyone else notice that, or am I just crazy?
