I was just thinking that when AMD starts making Dual Core Opterons, then they might also change the FX line to Dual Core, so that the difference between A64 and the FX widens. On the 939 boards the only difference would be 512kb vs 1024kb and the FX with higher clockspeed will be released som months prior to the same clocked A64. And as far as I can see the difference between the 512 and 1024 is very minimal and surely not worth the extra $$$. Of course the FX line is supposed to have no multiplier lock, so that might add to the difference in price.
