That's some pretty ****** info on that site.
IQ has little to do with how far someone gets through school. For example, Einstein had trouble getting through school, but he has one of the highest IQs ever measured.

Where does it say that everyone with a high IQ will do well in school? There are other factors there besides intelligence. What they say is that somebody with a low IQ will not have the intelligence required to progress past a certain point in school.

He linked to a geocities site and expected it to last for more than 3 minutes.

Wow, you got him.

On a similar note... your nickname is Syringer. If I take away the 'Sy' and the 'inger' and add 'Mo' and 'on' your nick is 'Moron'. HAHA PWNED!

True.. but look at GWB, who has an IQ of 91, and finished Yale.

I dunno if that's accurate or not.
However, 91 is not very far off from 100. I don't think it's even 1 standard deviation away from 100.
He's just a few percentage points below average. In the big picture, that's still pretty average.

QFT.... I did terrible in college, because I learned as a kid that I could sleep through classes and still get by pretty easily. I went to Private School when I lived on the east coast and when I moved to Texas I found the education was things I learned 2 years ago, but I didn't say anythign to my folks.
I wrote my papers in the library an hour before school would start sometimes in high school. Then in college I got 0wnd for playing non-stop video games and pool. Reordered my life after failing 2 classes my 3rd year in college, from oversleeping in the finals and now I am doing quite well for myself.

He was also very rich.

That's true also..
But ever read the story about this valedictorian at this high school that couldn't pass the exit exam after 3 tries?
More proof that idiots can easily ace classes in school.

Being successful in school has more to do with the ability to do what you're told and doing work more than anything.
