A long term lesson learned

A couple of years ago I re-cased my Pentium D and handed it down to my daughter. I used an Antec Sonata II, but neglected to open the cooling port in the airduct assembly that allows air to the video card. This past weekend I visited and found the card acting weird, determined it was fried, and replaced it. Lesson learned on my part.
