In fact, the entire thread should be removed. I'm sorry, but being attacked by some yahoos claiming to be Christian and calling them Christians(they don't attack) is just a huge can of worms that shouldn't be opened here. Well I've completely reduced my forum listing to the 2 forums that aren't even watched by mods and this one. This one, however, has a warning that it isn't monitored by mods, so make that 3. Surprisingly, these 3 forums have the fewest trolls.

They are not full-time employees of AT forums and most are volunteers from everything I understand. They do read a bunch of stuff, but not everything. AND since it is THEY and not THE mod, they each have their own threshold of 'pain'.

If you find that you think is offense or questionable, PM a mod and they can at least debate if they should take action.

I'd completely agree if it were a one time thing; however it's not - it's a culture of racism. I suppose the gist of it is that this forum has a great deal of racist members from the midwest & deep south, and that the moderators are only culling out post(er)s which go against the norm here. Just make an "I like rap" thread in off topic if you need a bit of perspective on the subject.

Any links to what you are claiming? Not to say it is not true, but I dont read every post in every thread. I do not notice a racist overtone in OT. In fact, i have seen numerous occasions where someone has posted something remotely questionably and been jumped on by the majority of the board members. And as posted above... if you dont PM a mod with it, they wont know about it at all.

This is a very prejudicial statement to make. A) Racism is not usually defined the way folks throw the word around. B) Your regional pointers tend to lead me to think that your's might be the bigoted opinion.

The last time I saw a racist statement at AT, it was made by someone from Cali (I know it resulted in a vacation/ban). I have seen prejudical statements too, but I cannot pin a certain region of the country on them.

I believe that it is obvious that RBachman meant the racial feelings and mood towards rap at AT...


I believe that there is no real racism at AT, there can be some sprinkled comments here and there, but if not see by the mods right away and dealt with, they are reported and then dealt with. It is nothing of any concern if you ask me, the mods would have eventually locked the OP's report anyway, they are just very busy and the post was created not very long before this complaint was brought up.
