I think the only better option would be bridgestone potenza re96's, but they are almost double the price. Do what I did and go with the continentals.

TBH, I did still hit a snow bank in the snow with my subaru. That is why you practice donuts in a parking lot without other cars.

I had a set of AST's and they had horrible dry traction.

So, I guess I'll avoid Ecsta anything.

I agree. Not buying any Kumho. I like my Nitto tires.

I have Continental ExtremeContact DWS. Very satisfied with them so far. Way better than the Yokohamas H4S I used to have.
