A little oc help with 4400

I have a 4400 x2 with a zalman cooler, asus sli preimum mb, and ocz platinum ram (2 pieces 1 gig each).

I would like to do a safe overclock (as I am a newb). Any recommendations? I would love to get to a 4800's speed if it is safe.

Does anyone have an identical rig that they oc'd? What were your settings?
