well yes but thats not what the post is about, it seems there is a little more then 2 years left of keyspace at yesterdays rate of RC-5, so what next? are we going to better man kind, or continue cracking code?

I'll most likely be switching back to SETI once the current RC5 contest is finished.

Not sure what project I am going to choose to work on, Proably seti since I had been doing that before I switched over to Rc5 full time. Or if they can come up with a good client for something like UD maybe I would do that also.

Almost 99.9% sure I'll switch back to SETI once RC-5 is over. I bet many of the SETI guys will love it when it is over..

right now, ia m doin rc5. i tried UD, but unlike dnet client, it slowed down the pc and didnt use idle cycles, it stole them from other proccessed. besides, a 1.5ghz p4 is NOT faster than a 1.5 tbird.

Intel says the P4 is the fastest! Shouldn't we just blindly believe what they tell us?

/me goes back to swapping out Intel systems for AMD systems in his RC5 herd.
