I don't think double 9800 speed is that far-fetched for the next-gen respins (R423, NV45). Maybe not in all situations, but I can imagine shader speed increasing immensely. DT appears to have a small typo in that table, BTW. "RV423" should be "R423" (no V, as it's high-end).
