Let's face it: there is a generation of Americans that want revenge for the 1979 hostage crisis. Ignore that the hostage taking was a very mild response to the imposition on Iran of a 25 year long vicious dictatorship by the U.S.

Funnier still is this admin's conflicting messaging on Iran. We withdraw from the treaty we signed with Iran and then when Iran states they'll start exceeding their enriched fuel limits, the admin fumes/blusters about how Iran should be adhering to the treaty.....that we ditched. We don't follow it now, yet Trump, et al, expect Iran to continue to honor it despite our withdrawl from it and harsher sanctions being placed upon Iran....for some unspecified reason.
