A little help with imaging system partition in Vista

I'd like to use the built-in imaging software to save an image of my system partition - but it won't let me do that, it claims another partition is also "system" and I can't uncheck it when selecting partitions to make an image of. It would add a good 50GB to the image, which I obviously would prefer not to do. I don't have the pagefile on that second partition. Suggestions?
