A little help in buying a monitor...?

Hey everyone, was wondering if you all could help me decide on a monitor here...
I'll be using it for everything imaginable, including gaming. I "think" I've got the decision down
to these choices....

Samsung Syncmaster 700NF(17"), Samsung Syncmaster 955DF(19"), or Sony CPD-E240(17")

They're all around $200, but am not too sure what to go with.

Any ideas/comments/horror stories?

Go with the Samsung Syncmaster 955DF(19"). You'll really notice the difference over those puny 17"'ers and isn't priced to shabbily, either. A serious gamer should have at least a 19" monitor but preferably a 21", 22", or 24" (if you can afford it) monitor. The big monitors breath new life into games...big time!🙂

Sounds good, I was leaning towards the 955DF anyway.

A little over a year ago I upgraded from a 15" dell monitor to the Samsung 950 b (19") and boy what a difference. I cam play games at 1024 x 768 instead of 800 x 600. No longer have to sit right on top of the monitor. I agree fully go with the 19 inch monitor

Yay I get to post this ite AGAIN check out the prices on these refurbs, you can get a 21" crt of under 300.
