A little concerned...

Well, my opteron 144 CAB2E 0545MPMW just came in today. However, I am a little concerned at how much power this processor is going to take.
I am going to do overclocking. Most likely 2700mhz @ 1.6v.
The only reason i'm concerned is because I only have a 430W power supply.
You guys think this is enough?

Here are my specs:

Antec TP II 430W
EpoX 9NPA+ Ultra
C3D X800GTO 16p, 520/540
Opteron 144 (maybe 2700 @ 1.6v?)
2 x 512 Corsair VS
WD 160gb 7200 rpm
WD 80gb 7200rpm

Thanks in advance

You have 17 Amps on the CPU rail (12V Rail 2, I think), which means that your CPU could draw 200+ watts and your PSU would still be able to take it. When you open up your PC check the venting grilles and make sure there's nothing blocking the air flow.
