Question a list of devices with no drivers..

i encounter another problem,and this time is serious because i search on google for code28 error and i can't find solution.Infact i have a list of problem in device manager,and win10 can't find drivers and solution for them.I installed all drviers from Asus site for my motherboard: Asus Strix x299 E-Gaming,i started windows update,i have latest update for my windows.What can i do more?Or i can just ignore them and that's it?....
All others device in device manager is working properly......except
1. base system device-code28 (there are 80 devices in list..wtf ? )
2.PCI data Acquisiton and signal Processing controller -code 28
3.performance counter-code 28
4.system interrupt controller-code 28
5.SM bus controller-code 28
6.Unknown device-same code 28
7.pci memory controller-code 28
Any help ?

Did the ASUS site have chipset drivers for the CPU? If not, try the Intel site.

On the Asus driver support site, did you click on 'see all downloads' for each hardware category and download all the unique drivers from each category?

Also, you haven't done anything like telling Windows 10 not to auto-install drivers have you?
