Very few are being made due to the expense of making them with 120mm fans which everyone wants in a rear fan - even if you arrange it so the fan stays on the fixed part of the case, the whole case would have to be made wider just for that feature. Most with drawers still have 80mm fan(s). Ultra recently came out with one for around $150 - it's similar to the Akasa Eclipse. The generic, Global Win version of the same case can be had for around $100. plus shipping. Those have a 120mm rear fan in a stainless steel drawer. You could get a Spire Pininfarina or a Raidmax Smilodon Dirktooth which have a lot of the convenience of a drawer without the expense (the right side drops down mobo, cards and all - hard to find a pic of that feature on the resellers' sites) . You can mod the 80mm rear like this:
http://www.techimo.com/photo/showphoto.php?photo=9079 - use an 80 to 120mm fan adapter. If you could find a Coolermaster Wavemaster or Praetorian out there, they have mobo drawers and you could mod the 80mm fan hole in the same way. A few Lian Li cases still have drawers with 80mm fans. Beyond that is the Silverstone Temjin 9 if your wallet is really fat. Or you could get a nice large case like the Tt Eureka, Temjin 5, XClio Windtunnel, Enermax Uber Chakra, etc. for reasonable money - lots of room to work inside.
