A lil memory timing help?

HI there, there are a few settings that im unsure of what I should set them to in my bios for my system. Mind taking a looksie and giving me some advice? Ill post what settings i have now and ???? for the stuff i currently have set at the defaults ok?

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-K8NXP-SLI

Ram: KHX3200AK2/1G (datasheet available in pdf format at http://www.valueram.com/datasheets/KHX3200AK2_1G.pdf)

an easy thing to do is to d/l a64 tweaker, set your multi at what you want to run at and all your timings to "auto". then boot and run a64 tweaker and write down whatever it determines your ram has benn set to.
