A Lego V-8 engine that revs to 1,440

This is pretty amazing IMO. It is undeniably pretty pointless to build a V-8 engine out of Legos, but that doesn't rob it of its coolness.

Pushrod. There's only one camshaft and it's in the middle of the V.

Edit: The V8 in the still pictures is pushrod. The one in the video is SOHC as mwmorph said.

Yeah, just greasing the cylinders would probably make it do much better.
