You get some bread (i like a good wholemeal myself).
You toast it.
You slather hot sauce on the toast (i like a nice hot but tasty sauce, currently using the hottest variety of Nandos Peri-Peri sauce).
You place cheese slices to cover toast (i slice them the old fashioned way off a block of vintage cheddar, but plastic slices should work).
You place hot salami that you have kinda diced on the cheese.
You microwave or grill (the grill gives the crispy edge, but the microwave is easier and harder to leave on all night
) the resulting mini 'pizza'.
Slice in half (triangles are proven to taste better
).
Let cool for a min or so (or if you are drunk, skip this stage).
Profit
(if you skipped the previous stage, the profit is decreased the next day when you wake up with a burnt roof of your mouth).
