a laptop "Use" question

Hey Group,
I didn't know if I should just put this Q in my other thread that I had already started or just start another thread so forgive if I did this wrong!

How do you guys set up your laptops "Power-Scheme"? the one located in the 'Display Properties' the catagories are:

System Standby:

or do you guys/gals just leave them all off like I do on my desktop? Thanks,

I have the monitor turn off after five minutes, the hard disk after 15 minutes, and go to standby after 30 minutes. My machine resumes from standby in about two seconds. I also have the machine stand by when I shut the lid, and hibernate when I press the "sleep" button (ALT + F4 on my laptop) or when the battery reaches 3%. I don't see much point in hibernation, usually.
