A KEYTAR? Is my friend INSANE? Or just an 80's wannabe?

I have a friend who wants to buy a Keytar (Link). Unfortuanately he can not find any to buy, and ebay only lists one. Any help would be appreciated, and any non-help will be met with a swift demonizing bullet to the crotch.
