Well, if you live in Palm Beach County, I pity you or any one else who has to go to trial.

Had my Jury Duty day yesterday and sat for 3 jurys but didnt get picked for any of them. (I dont even wonder why)

On criminal cases they pick 7 out of 28 people and the ones they picked actually scared me. Timid girls and guys who were scared to talk, guys who were soooo dumb they couldnt understand most questions or couldnt put together a sentence and 1 or 2 who had displayed some intelligence but were biased one way or another.

Dont know how those judges and lawyers do this day after day.

the lawyers like to pick the dumbest juries -- because they think dumb people are easier to convince of something -- I don't know where PEERS came from though -- they should get you a jury from your old high school or something

god, there is a terrifying thought, wonder if any lawyer has ever opposed the selection of a juror under the premise "But your honor, he/she is a total moron..."
