Has anyone else seen this movie? Curious how you liked it. If you liked it please tell me why and if you didnt please tell me why also.

Thank You

BTW i loved the movie A.I. i give it a perfect 10. Loved the story line and the ending because it didnt leave me hanging at the end. Loved the special effects. Haley Joel Osment was a great actor in it. He didnt blink at all and moved like a robot. He was very convining to me. It was pretty scary a few times how robot like he seemed. I Loved teddy too. That was so cool.
But i liked this movie so much thinking about going to go see it a 2nd time. And if you ask me if i recommend anyone else to go see this movie who didnt i would say go see it because everyone is different in their opinions and you mostly wont know if you like it or not till you see the movie yourself.

I think Haley Joel Osment is an amazing actor who gave amazing performances in both "The 6th Sense" and "A.I.". It's even more amazing considering how young he is. He's about the only kid actor that I like.

imtim83,

I loved this movie. There are some other threads in which I (and others) gave my opinions on this movie. You can do a search for A.I. to see what other thought about it.

I personally enjoyed the movie. However, the two other people with me didn't like it at all. Go to the movie with an open mind and get ready to think. I'm pretty sure this is why I enjoyed it.

What Spielberg also wanted to express is abuse and arrogance by adults, parents in general. The self-centered William Hurt guy made the kid just like his son over and over again. The selfish parents abandoned the "kid" afterwards. The mom just wanted some lump to love her while the dad wants her to be happy just to get some action. The "kid" doesn't know how selfish the parents actually are and waits what, 2000 years to have his mom back who didn't really take care of him in the first place.

I said this in the other threads. I ALMOST really liked this movie. SOme parts were just great. But there were others that kind of ruined the experience (like the last 20 minutes).
