I’m sick and this illness is by far the most achy and sore I’ve felt while being sick

We can prescribe you some garab(something) with an office visit
Me how much does this cost
$76 for office visit, $344 for blood work
Me: why do I need blood work?
Them: some answer that made no sense other than making sure the pain killer doesn’t damage my kidneys.
Me: what’s the benefit of the G medicine stuff?
Them: it is a pretty effective pain killer and it has some coating to be easy on the stomach
Me: I’m not in that much pain couldn’t I take some extra aspirin?
Them: Yes but take Tylenol instead because it won’t bother your stomach
Me: err okay
