A heads up for my BF2 budds

From my limited experience BF2AL seems the best server browser so far. The pings displayed are reasonable the number of players seems to be right. I've got my intro movies diasabled so when I click launch I go to log in then im on the selected server. friends list and reasonable filters that work. A nice list of browsers to chose from. It may not be heaven, but its south of Buffalo. I am not connected with them in any way. Theres a thread here (someware) on the browser. On the subject of servers I've found a server that dosn't allow commenders on the opposing team, and today I got on one where some clown had a minus 46 score. His name was "ishooteverybody" . Heh, go figure.

How do you disable the startup movies?

ya, I just changed the extension to bak. seems fine.

Hell, Ithink I renamed the menu movies also. It is just that stupid crap that plays in the background while you're in the menus... overall slowing crap down.

Yep its perfectly fine to rename those too, so they arn't going on in the back ground.
