Ask him how much money he's made from selling the product vs. from selling the membershup / franchise / slot in the pyramid.

Ask him if it's not a pyramid scheme why he wants other people in the same location selling the same product.

He might have vaguely plausible responses pre-written for him in the sales script so listen carefully for the lapses in logic.
