I'm an Abit man myself and thus have little knowledge of other mobos and thier abilities and features. I want one with some kind of Soft Menu and supports DDR-333 SDRAM with 6 PCI slots and can hold more than 512MB of RAM. I also want it to be overclocking-friendly with voltage and bus speed adjustments all done without jumpers.

Thanks for your help in advance.:)

Go for the NF7-S. I don't know about 6 PCI slots, but it definitely has 5 and any decent motherboard you buy today comes with enough stuff onboard that 6 PCI will not be necessary.

Thanks a lot screwface! You're going to start another Asus A7N8X vs Epox 8RDA+ flame war. Jk. The FIC camelion is actually looking good. Its really just a Epox 8RDA+ that sells for 100 bucks, you can even flash a epox bios on it lol. I like my A7N8X a lot too.
