I literally lol'd on the phone

With one guy I had to spell out the name of my road (Palace Avenue) and I literally had to wait two seconds between each letter... "P.... ..... A... . .. .... L......." etc. Then get a call back from his wife half an hour later asking my address because her husband couldn't understand. Although in his case it wasn't illiteracy, he just couldn't really speak English.

Worked out because I managed to sell the thing before the second call.
