might get more response from the "software applications and programming" forum, this mostly hardware geek forum.. but considered getting a book, like "Running MS-Access" by mspress?.. those are pretty good..

I received a great deal of help from through the Yahoo Club, "Access VBA Central". Beyond that, there are plenty of good books. Read the reviews at amazon.
