a good system monitor?

hello, i was searching the internet for a system monitor for winxp... just a typical monitor that reports cpu usage, network status, etc, right on my screen/desktop. i can't seem to find a decent one.

so my question is, does anyone know of a good system monitor? thanks!

Motherboard Monitor in combination with CoolMon works great. Or, you can just use Motherboard Monitor by itself.
