A good Shutdown Program

Is there any program out there that will shutdown your computer after a certain amount of time or after a download is finished, kind of like a sleep timer for a tv. Is there any program out there that is good and will shutdown the computer after a certain amount of time or after a download or whatever is complete? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Don't know about shutting down after a download completes.
But Switch Off will shut down your computer at a preset time or after a certain amount of time has elapsed.
I've been using it to shutdown my game server at 2:00 am for about a year now.
Oh, and it's free.

I think windows power management lets you turn off hard disks and monitors after a preset time... it's probably under the "screen saver" option on your desktop preferences...

I used GetRight in the past, over a year ago. It allowed me to automatically download files overnight and disconnect when they were all completed (I am still on a dialup connection), but I'm unsure if it provides the timer functionality you require.
