a good psu

I am not sure about that Xclio. It looks like it has decent power on dual 12v rails but normally the most reliable psu companies include OCZ, Seasonic, PCP&C, Enermax...Antec is popular too but some people I know have had very bad luck with them so it's hit or miss sometimes...

BTW my system is planned to be...
AMD Athlon 64 3500+
2gigs PC32000 RAM
Geforce 7800GT
200GB hard Drive
and i guess some other non important stuff i don't know =p

The Xcilo is a good PSU; made by ChannelWell, the same people that build Enermax and many of Antec's units. Still the Seasonic S12 or a Forton-Source if you're on a budget would be a better choice.

according to the power calculator, 450W is enough to cover
AMD Athlon 64 3500+
2gigs PC32000 RAM
Geforce 7800GT
200GB hard Drive

is this true?

yeah 450 W will cover it but depends on if you plan to OC anything or add anything in the future. You may want to get around 500W for futureproofing your comp. what budget are you lookin at?
