A good overclocking motherboard for Intel Duo Core 2

I just wondering if anyone recommend a decent overclocking motherboard for Intel Duo Core 2. I am not looking to spend no more then 170.00 and want a nice overclocking motherboard. I just bought a 8800 GTX and looking to get the 6300 or 6400 CPU in next couple of days. Thanks
