i850 for both of them. The Pentium 4 performs the best with this chipset, although RDRAM is a little pricy.

I just purchased the Asus p4t-e (i850 chipset & socket 478) and honestly I think it's one of the nicest mb's I've ever owner. Even though I was a little apprehensive about setting up a P4 system since I never made one, the process was simple. My 3dmark 2001 is 7151 on a p4/1600 and Radeon 8500, so it seems that it performs at the top of the line for this sort of set-up.
